The solar panel frame (aluminum solar frame) is fixed aluminum alloy frame applied in PV Module. It is used to fix and encapsulate solar modules, increase its intensity and prolong its operating life. Also, it is very convenient to transport and install. Solar panel frame surface treatment mainly involve sandblasting oxidation and electrophoretic coating, using material 6063-T5. The coating membrane (film) thickness requires to equal or thicker than 15 microns, and the degree of hardness of the aluminum alloy frame requires to equal or more rigider than 12 degrees. The main size include: 28mm, 32mm, 35mm, 40mm, 45mm, 50mm. We offer all kind sizes of solar panel frame and solar bracket as you required,that is adopted to all kind of PV solar panel system.
